I was SO excited to receive my Nespresso pods, but I was concerned because they were shipped in an envelope — and the envelope arrived quite smashed and dirty. The boxes inside were also smashed. Please see the photos.
I thought perhaps they would be ok, so I tried the pods. Although I have been able to get a few of them to work (and those were amazing!), the majority of the pods just seized up my machine, making it squeal and expelling the pod without any espresso at all coming out of the machine. Please see the photos of how they look when I open the machine - just shriveled pods!
Please let me know if you could either send replacement pods (in a box) or if you can offer a refund for the pods. Thank you so much. I love your products, and I really hope there is some way I am able to get it safely!

Unless you like your coffee very weak( whats the point) I would not recommend these. Tried once with a normal 3/4 cup and got what looked like dirty clearish water. Then tried to stuff it as full as I could and yes, it was a little better but not exactly efficient or practical.
I like the way the mild flavor of this coffee . Really good.
