At ColombianCoffee.us, we take pride in delivering the freshest Colombian coffee straight to your door. To maintain the highest quality, most of our non-commercial coffee selections are roasted at the origin in Colombia and shipped to our Miami warehouse.

Due to high demand and our commitment to freshness, processing times may vary and could take up to 1 week. Rest assured, this allows us to keep our inventory fresh and ensure you receive coffee at its peak quality.

Shipping Policy

ColombianCoffee.us ("we" and "us") is the operator of ColombianCoffee.us ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below.

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill available items and contact you regarding backordered items.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The final price includes shipping costs.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, in original packaging, and resellable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are honored within 90 days. Customers prepay return shipping but are reimbursed upon a successful claim. Options include:
