Love the coffee, but SO disappointed with my order! Nespresso capsules were shipped in an envelop and arrived crushed; the do not work! Company will not get back to me

Tried three varieties of coffee. One is really to my liking. One is a little too sweet and I haven’t tried the third yet! Love having all the choices!!
