DETAILS

Introducing Bruno Honey Process, a Sensible Coffee experience like no other. Cultivated in the mountains of Anserma, Caldas.
We proudly present our finest 340 g whole bean coffee, a tribute to the art of cultivation and pleasure in every cup.

Our beans are grown with care, thriving under the Colombian sun, and embraced by the rich soil of our mountain range that gives them a unique flavor profile. The Honey process enhances qualities of our coffee variety.

This way of processing coffee is fundamentally the same as in the washed method, with the only difference that in this one the mucilage is NOT removed but the coffee is dried with it still covering the beans.
The name “Honey” comes from the sticky sensation that is generated in the beans during the drying process.

In many ways, this type of coffee is somewhere between a washed processed coffee and a natural processed coffee, it is fruity but not as much as a Natural.

Each bag captures the spirit of our farm in Anserma, a place where tradition meets innovation, and passion fuels our pursuit of perfection.

Honey Process by Bruno is more than just coffee. It's a story, a connection to the land, and an invitation to indulge in a cup that soothes the soul and awakens the senses.

Experience the taste of a Sensible Coffee, and let Bruno guide you on an unforgettable journey of flavor.
