The artisanal process adheres to stringent hygiene standards, and the beans are dried in solar greenhouses. Roasting is conducted with precision-controlled curves, optimizing the aroma and flavor notes in the coffee's cup profile.
Our coffee is grown without the use of pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides, and the majority of the compost is organic in composition. This eco-friendly approach has led us to pursue organic coffee certification, allowing us to harvest origin coffee with distinct characteristics that contribute to its exceptional quality.
Caramanta Coffee is hand-picked, with only ripe beans selected for processing. The beans undergo a meticulous beneficiation process that includes pulping and fermenting for 15 to 18 hours, depending on the client's preference, before being washed. The coffee is then sun-dried in canopies and subjected to manual threshing and classification.
