The Caldas region located between the Central an Eastern ranges of the Colombian Andes, is part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape.  It is characterized by soil  that is rich in organic matter derived from the volcanic ash that comes from the majestic NEVADO DEL RUIZ.

Its topography incluides steep slopes that give the coffee sweetness and strength.

Coffee of origin of character with flavor notes of sweet caramel and ripe plum.

The geographical characteristics of the province of Caldas are evident in this coffee and make it unique for its sensory attributes.
It is produced in 25 municipalities of the department and is carefully selected by coffee growers in nearly 82 thousand hectares.
